A volunteer enquiry may also include your intended duration, experience and motivation. Please share only what is needed to help with your request. Ask the team how to provide any sensitive information that an arrangement requires.
Why the information is used
Enquiry details help the team answer questions, prepare a quotation, check arrangements and communicate about your visit, accommodation, Spa appointment, function, shuttle or volunteer placement. Booking records also support administration and applicable record-keeping requirements. Sending an enquiry does not, by itself, ask us to add you to a marketing mailing list.
People and services involved
Relevant information may be handled by the people responding to your request and service providers supporting the website or the arrangements you ask us to make. If a shuttle or another service involves a separate provider, ask who will receive the details needed for that arrangement. External websites, maps and booking services have their own privacy information.
