For a useful reply, include your dates, the number of people and the experience or accommodation that interests you.
For accommodation, include arrival and departure dates, adults and children, and your preferred stay. If an enclosure-side chalet is important, mention that too. For a drive, give the date and whether you would prefer the 11:00 or 14:00 departure.
For an event or shuttle, share the guest numbers, timings and the places involved. For volunteering or support, tell us about the time, skills or contribution you have in mind. We can then respond to the actual plan.
